	Prepare the meat sauce as usual:  Brown 
    onions, ground beef (plus some pork sausage if desired) together; add 
    spaghetti sauce (I use Prego) plus 
    1/4 C water and heat thoroughly in same pan.  
Drain pasta cooked in boiling water until au 
    dente (extra large egg noodles, or you can get mini lasagna noodles) and 
    place into casserole.   
	
Combine with meat sauce.   
Gently add 1 C shredded pizza cheese (or 
    combination marble jack, etc.)     
	
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.  Bake:  350º for 30 - 40 min. until bubbly and 
    browning.
